Bill Master ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Bill Master mobile application (the "App").

Bill Master is designed to work primarily as a local-first application. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using a secure local database. This includes:

• Bill titles, amounts, and currency preferences.
• Due dates, recurrence settings, and payment history.
• Custom categories, colors, and remarks.

We do not have access to this personal data on our servers.

b. Information Collected Automatically

To improve performance and stability, we use third-party services that may collect anonymous data:

• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage metrics (e.g., screen views, session duration) to help us improve the App experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and diagnostic data (e.g., device model, OS version) to fix technical issues.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): May collect device identifiers to serve advertisements. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide the App’s core functionality (reminders and bill tracking).
• To analyze usage patterns and improve user interface and features.
• To maintain App stability and fix bugs through crash reporting.
• To support App development through relevant advertisements.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Data: Your data remains on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing your own backups (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive backups).

Security: We implement industry-standard practices to ensure the App is secure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share anonymous information with the trusted service providers mentioned in Section 1(b) as necessary to maintain the App.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Ad Tracking: You can opt-out of interest-based advertising through your iOS or Android system settings.
• Data Deletion: You can delete all your data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App from your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

Bill Master does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
